How to successfully apply eyebrow tightening threads?

Introduction. The application of tensor threads in the eyebrow area.
THE INDICATIONS
There are 2 grounds for application:
- Request for rejuvenation with raised eyebrows and a more open look.
- The search for the "Fox eye" or the eye of fox. It gives an enlarged, soft, sensual look with an almond shape.
THE PROBLEMS OF THE AREA FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE TENSOR THREADS
There are 2 anatomical characteristics of the frontal region to know well:
- It is often bulging.
- The hypodermis is very thin.
These 2 elements complicate the placement of tensor threads: the area to be treated is not straight and then, and above all, the hypodermis, where the tensor thread is most likely to pass, is very thin. This can lead to an early exit of the threads (before the scalp).
THE STEPS OF THE PROCEDURE
1 - Calculate the number of wires needed: from 2 to 4/side.
It varies according to the thickness of the skin and the presence of wrinkles.
2 - After drawing the path of the wires, a tumescent anesthesia must be performed.
By creating an artificial hypodermis, the threads slide very easily through this tunnel and have no tendency to cross the dermis.
3 - Push the thread vertically or obliquely (depending on the desired effect) in the direction eyebrow - hairline. As high and as far as possible in the scalp.
The tensile strength of a wire depends on several constants, including the length of the wire. The longer the length, the greater the tensile force.
4 - Then we pull gently with one hand on this crisp threadé
Starting from the eyebrow and working upwards, press the end of the thread into the scalp with the other hand.
